AISD welcomed KPRC Local 2 television station on Friday, September 25.  The news station chose the Angleton vs. La Marque football game as the Friday Football Frenzy Game of the Week, and Channel 2 stopped by AHS early in the morning to shoot and interview members of the AISD cheerleading squad, Purple Pride band and Aristocat drill team.  The three groups performed for reporter Mariza Reyes and the KPRC viewers as Reyes broadcasted live from the gym.  Later that night, the Wildcats defeated the Cougars 37-14.
